Professionally, Vickie is an accomplished HR Administrator and Business Manager with a background in education and strategic policy development. She has successfully managed million-dollar budgets, developed impactful policies, and led diverse teams in both public and private sectors. Her unique blend of skills makes her a dynamic leader, capable of driving forward Toastmasters' mission to empower individuals in communication and leadership. Vickie’s extensive career spans education, human resources, and business management. She has more than 25 years of expertise in adult education and training, 18 years as a business and HR manager, and 8 years as Bureau Chief for the State of Florida, where she managed strategic planning, budgeting, and legislative policy. Her work has honed critical skills in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. These diverse experiences position her as a leader who can navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results, making her an asset to the Toastmasters International Board of Directors.
